Day two: Yesterday, I started a discussion on how to have your best life ever. Today, I want to continue this discussion with a seemingly simple question that I place at the beginning of all of my writing projects. Day three: How to build your own magical life continued. On day one, I asked you a crucial question about what you want most in life. Here’s the thing: if you don’t want to do some mental work, then you should stop reading now. I say this because everything else that follows is about mental work. Don’t let the word work scare you. In my book, I explain why this “work” can take less effort and simplify your world in ways you may not have experienced before. When I write about this subject, I often feel like I must be a salesman to convince people that they can quite literally have a better life (a magical life) with less energy and effort than they are pouring into their current life of slogging it out until they die.
You know this to be true. What separates the successful from the ones bobbing along like a cork tethered to a fishing line is desire. If you don’t like doing the mental work or reading, you can stop now and return to what you enjoy. But don’t look back when it’s too late and think If only I had…” If you want to find your path to the threshold of your magical life and then step through it, stay on board, and I will show you an incredible journey. Today’s takeaway is that if you want to build a better life, be prepared; otherwise, find something that brings you happiness. Tomorrow, we start building our syllabus. Today, we will begin building our syllabus and continue to add to it as we progress.
Syllabus
1. Know that happiness is a choice.
2. Know that you get to choose your own self-worth.
3. Understand that fear is the opposite of love and that all other negative emotions stem from fear.
4. Remember that fear and all good or bad emotions begin within your own mind.
5. You must learn to love your life now.
These first five points are what we will begin covering first, because if you’ve thought about our central question of what you want most in this life, isn’t obtaining a certain feeling ultimately at the top of the list of what you do everything for every day to attain?

How to have a Magical Life Course, day five.
Let’s take on the first item from yesterday: Know that happiness is a choice. The reason this is placed first is that, although it may be hard to believe, the sooner you begin to accept, remember, and keep this concept in the forefront of your mind, the faster you can start your transition into your magical life.
You don’t have to take my word for it that this is true; think it through, and you will know it is. We are bringing together a mosaic puzzle of the answer we all seek; you’ll see. Each of these points will be expanded upon as we proceed. This isn’t an overnight process, but you must start to get to where you want to be.
Path to a magical life, day six
Hopefully, you agree that emotions encompass the entire range, from fear and its offspring, hate, to love. Before we move on to the next point, I would like to ask you: Do you know how to control these inner emotions? It is within the answer to that question where you will find what has made you who you are, but you already know this. However, most don’t want to look into this mirror. They would rather spend their time slogging through life and muddling through. That’s not living, nor is it in the realm of a magical dream life. Unless you are pleased and content with your life as it is, I suggest considering some changes, which is why I am writing this to you now.
Recall that I mentioned the process would require some effort, and it does, but I promise you that it will be well worth it. As I mentioned, it will require no more energy than what you currently use, which is the amount you use daily. As a parting thought, I’d like you to reflect on how you manage your inner emotions. This is a crucial point in the process.
Path to a Magical Life Day Seven
At times, some of this information may seem a little deep, but not to worry, I will circle back around to key points in a clarifying way. Two things I want to mention early are that there is a power in learning how to shift your perceptions correctly. Perceptions and how we think and see the world are powerful. One of the tools I will address later is how to begin developing your magical life.
Another central point that may be too much for many people to accept (in terms of perception) is that the Earth is not our true home, and this human body is not who we truly are. We are not humans; in reality, we are a spirit using this form temporarily for purposes that may extend beyond the scope of this series.

Your Path to a Magical Life Day Eight
It’s time to bring self-image and self-esteem into our discussion. This is just the beginning; there is much more to discuss regarding this area. Please allow me to provide a hint and address an open question from earlier.
Please remember that I am discussing book-length subjects in a reader-friendly format. I hope that you continue to study these areas more deeply with a life-transforming interest. As much as I would like to provide complete answers, it takes time, and I encourage you to follow this page for updates.
Today’s lesson: you get to choose your own self-image/worth/esteem, the whole thing. Just like fear, anger, and all the bad stuff, it resides in your mind. So does love, gratitude, and of course, your self-worth. The key lies in your thoughts and inner self-talk.
What I want to teach is how to overcome those inner issues and some of the blockages that prevent doing so. Today’s takeaway is that you get to choose your own feelings, moods, emotions, and, of course, your self-worth. However, the world, and more particularly your ego, is going to fight you on this. Magical Life Day Nine
If you can see that all emotions, from fear to love, are within you and that you get to choose your own self-esteem level, then you are at the beginning of what I call a magical life. However, there is more: a lot more to be covered.
In shaping the definition of a “magical life,” I could have said your best life, or your dream life, enchanted life, etc. I prefer the term magical. You choose what you like, because it’s about stepping into a new reality. This reality is one you will come to see later when you learn how to refocus your perceptions. And if you’re thinking, ‘Oh, that’s all there is to it; I can do that by myself,’ I humbly ask you to think again and ask yourself, ‘How is that working for you so far?’ We have a lot more to cover.
Remember that clutter is not just physical; there is much more to the mental side of clutter, which I have previously hinted at. One literally must rethink how they think, and the term for this is metacognition. I will discuss this in more detail as we proceed, so I hope you’ll stay with us.
Magical Life Day 10
As I began writing this project, I asked you to think of what you want most in your life. “Beyond Want ~ Finding Peace Now” is more geared toward helping you sort through that, and some of the material in this comes from that book. Don’t worry, I will be giving away a free eBook copy if you’re interested.
Here’s the thing: to achieve your best or magical life, you will need to reengineer your thinking and thought process. This is something I work at every day. Remember, I mentioned earlier that there would be work to get from here to there. It is well worth it. I’ve mentioned metacognition a few times. It means thinking about how you feel and what you think. Within this process lies the key to becoming a better learner.
I wanted to touch on those things before we delve into removing mental clutter. If you’ve read this far, congratulate yourself because most people don’t want to take the time and do the work; they’d rather start on their phones. And we know how that turns out. It feels ironic that I find myself trying to convince people they can have a better, more enjoyable life if they want it. But everyone wants the quick magic bullet, but it doesn’t work that way, and that’s a whole other book-length topic till next time.
Magical Life Day 11
So far, I have touched on the first four points in our syllabus. Now I want to begin merging the ‘how to’ part as we move into the fifth point. Perception will become our anchor for this next shift. And shift is what you need to move into your dream (magical life). At some point, you may think Oh, is that all there is to it? Could you just shift your perception? That’s not a magical life; anyone can do that. However, shifting your perceptions isn’t as easy as it may seem. Try it, and I think you’ll find yourself back in the same reality.
Please remember that I said we are living in two realities. One is Earth as seen through human eyes, and the other is our objective reality as seen from the spiritual world’s angle. Think that through for a moment, and you may come to see that “the big picture” is bigger than you may have realized at any other time in your life. You may even experience a feeling of being stuck in a matrix.
A shift is what you need to clear years of discomfort and ease and step into a magical world. How long that takes is up to you. But once you see it, there is no turning back, and as I’ve said, this is not for everyone because not everyone is yet ready for this knowledge. With all of this said, we now turn our focus to learning to love your life as it is, no matter what, right now. This is where we will pick up tomorrow.
Magical Life Day 12
Picking up where we left off on day 11, I hope you see the value in learning to love your life as it is now. And I’m borrowing here from Beyond Want, but you can’t move into a dream life until that moment, that shift transpires. Think about it. Your best life is in the moment, and humans tend to place too much emphasis on contingencies that must occur before they can live it. Could you figure out how your post should look in the search results?..
If you won Powerball tomorrow, you would be happy for a time. However, this type of happiness arises from emotions tied to an external event. The Holy Grail isn’t just about managing your thoughts, though; there is another element that serves as the ultimate gauge for your success (and I have discussed defining and experiencing your own personal success in my other works).
Emotions are your greatest ally in navigating your time on earth on many levels. When you hear or read others telling you to raise your vibration and why, it’s in the realm of emotional maturity that the how part of those writings resides. In the coming days, I intend to clarify these points and help you reach your maximum emotional potential, thereby experiencing the life you’ve been dreaming of.
